About Ennis Periodontology & Dental Implant Referral Clinic
Ennis Periodontology is a dental practice which provides periodontal and dental implant treatments, as part of “The Specialist Clinic” at Westgate Business Park, Ennis.
This practice was set up in 2009. Our periodontist, Dr. Eilis Lynch, graduated as a dentist from University College Cork, in 2002. She then worked as a general dental practitioner, in the U.K., Australia and Ireland before securing a clinical post in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. During this time, she gained her MFDSRCS. In 2008 she was accepted onto a three year full time specialist training programme in Periodontology at The Royal London Dental Hospital. She was awarded her post-graduate degree, MClinDent (Periodontology) with distinction and also the MPerio Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. She has been registered as a periodontal specialist with the General Dental Council in the UK since 2011.
Eilis is a member of The British Society of Periodontology and the Irish Dental Association.
Eilis is happy to discuss treatment options with referring colleagues especially where there are combined periodontal and restorative issues.

Ennis Periodontology operates mainly on a referral basis, with patients being referred to us from their own dental surgeon. However, we can arrange consultation and provide treatment directly to those who do not have a regular dental surgeon.
Eilis is assisted in her practice by dental surgery assistants Aisling, Erica and Gillian, and practice manager Orla. Their caring and friendly manner is sure to make your experience at Ennis Periodontology as pleasant as possible.
