Fee Guide
Please note: Everybody will have different treatment requirements; therefore every treatment plan will be tailored to be specific to their needs. The prices quoted below are only to be taken as a guide. In some cases treatment will be more expensive, but in some cases they may in fact be cheaper.
Periodontology Consultation
€150 (less 20% Med 2 Allowance of €30. Net cost to patient €120).
Inclusive of comprehensive examination, all radiographs and detailed reports to both patient and referring dentist.
Full-Mouth Root Planning
€700-€800 (less 20% Med 2 Allowance of €140-€160), Net cost to patient €560-€640).
For moderate to severe cases.
Please note not all case will require full mouth treatment and the fee can be reduced accordingly.
Periodontal Resective Flap surgery (Per Quadrant)
From €500.00* (less 20% Med2 Allowance of €100.00, Net cost to patient €400.00)
Inclusive of all necessary follow-up appointments.
Crown Lengthening Surgery
From €300 (less 20% Med2 Allowance of €60, Net cost to patient €240.00).
Soft Tissue Grafting
From €500 (less 20% Med2 Allowance of €100, Net cost to patient €400.00).
Dental Implant Placement
Dental Implant Placement:
From €1150 (less 20% Med 2 Allowance of €230. Net cost to patient of €920).
Dental Implant Placement & Restoration:
From €2250 (less 20% Med 2 Allowance of €450. Net cost to patient €1800).
Guided Bone Regeneration
If undertaken as a separate procedure.
From €650 (less 20% Med 2 Allowance of €130. Net cost to patient €520).
Intravenous Sedation
€300 per session.
*Patients covered by private health insurance companies such as the VHI, Quinn Healthcare and Aviva, are usually eligible for a further contribution towards the cost of surgical therapy from their insurers. Typically, the value of such a contribution is in the region of €190.00.
